PART TIME RETAIL ASSISTANT

Location: Seaton Deleval, Whitley Bay

Contract type: Freelance
Hours:  3 days per week/ 16-24 hours  (including some weekend work)

Start Date: September

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Roam North Team.  Working with us in our first retail unit.  We are offering this position on a freelance contract, which would work well for someone currently working in another freelance role. 

​

Main responsibilities include:

• Opening/Closing the shop

• Serving customers

• Answering customer enquires

• Answering emails from our stockists

• Packing website and wholesale orders

​

This role is for you if:​

• Self motivated

• Previous retail experience (not essential)

• You are a good communicator, with a friendly and helpful approach, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

• You're able to establish and maintain working relationships with other departments

• You have a reliable approach to work in order to meet deadlines
